VibeMS Cookie Policy
What this policy covers
This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used on vibems.io and the VibeMS account and licence portal at licenses.vibems.io.
Technically necessary storage
The website and portal may store information strictly necessary to:
- maintain a secure session;
- protect forms against cross-site request forgery;
- keep a user signed in when explicitly requested;
- remember language, appearance or accessibility preferences;
- support multi-factor authentication and security controls;
- prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate requests.
These technologies are required to provide the service requested by the user or to secure it. They are not used for cross-site advertising.
Typical retention ranges from the current browser session to the limited period selected for a remember-me or security function. Signing out removes or invalidates the relevant account session on the server. Browser controls can delete stored cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout initiation or form submission.
Paddle Checkout
When a buyer opens Paddle Checkout, the browser connects to Paddle. Paddle may use cookies, local storage, device information and network data for checkout operation, localization, payment, tax calculation and fraud prevention under Paddle's own privacy and cookie information.

Analytics, advertising and embedded media
VibeMS does not activate non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embedded media unless they are clearly disclosed and any consent required by law has been obtained first. If these services are introduced, the consent interface and this policy will identify the provider, purpose, data, retention and withdrawal method before activation.
Managing preferences
Where optional technologies are available, a Cookie preferences link will allow consent to be granted or withdrawn for the future. Necessary storage cannot be disabled through that interface because the requested secure service would otherwise not function. Users can additionally manage cookies in their browser.
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@vibems.io.
