VibeMS Business Refund and Cancellation Policy
Business customers only
VibeMS is sold exclusively to businesses, public-law entities and self-employed professionals acting for commercial or independent professional purposes. It is not offered to consumers. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights therefore do not apply to contracts properly concluded under this business-only offer.
This statement does not remove mandatory rights where a purchaser was legally acting as a consumer despite the business declaration. Such cases are handled according to applicable law and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Paddle processes the transaction
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides order-related customer service and handles returns.
Paddle is the contracting seller for the payment transaction, collects the purchase amount and applicable transaction taxes, issues invoices and processes cancellations and refunds. Refunds for Paddle transactions must not be paid directly by VibeMS.
One-time purchases
Single and Lifetime purchases are one-time digital software licence transactions. Unless mandatory law, Paddle's applicable terms or an individual written agreement requires otherwise, completed business transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A refund request may be reviewed where, for example:
- payment was duplicated or demonstrably unauthorized;
- the licence was not delivered and delivery cannot be restored within a reasonable period;
- a reproducible material defect prevents the documented core use in a supported environment and cannot be remedied within a reasonable period;
- the transaction must be refunded under mandatory law.
Change of mind, failure to check published hosting requirements, lack of use, project cancellation, third-party incompatibility outside the supported environment or accidental purchase of an unsuitable plan does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unlimited subscription
Unlimited renews monthly until cancelled. The Customer may cancel at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked in the order email or through Paddle Buyer Support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Future renewals stop; the current period is not automatically refunded.
An expired or cancelled subscription may end access to new updates, downloads and new activations. Existing installations activated during a valid entitlement are not intentionally remotely disabled solely because the subscription ends.
How to request help or a refund
For order, payment, invoice, tax, subscription cancellation and refund requests, contact Paddle Buyer Support and provide the order email and transaction details requested by Paddle.
For product defects or activation problems, contact support@vibems.io first with the CMS version, hosting environment and reproducible steps. Do not send passwords, private keys, full database exports or personal website data unless a secure support process has been agreed.
Paddle reviews refund requests under its then-current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and may approve, partially approve or decline a request. Mandatory rights and individually agreed guarantees remain unaffected.
Effect of a full refund or chargeback
A confirmed full refund reverses the paid entitlement. VibeMS may restrict related new activations, downloads and account entitlements. A fraudulent or abusive chargeback may additionally lead to account restrictions. Existing website content and Customer backups are not remotely deleted.
